Vehicle/App Status:
1. Inactive: Not using more than 6 hours:
2. Idle: Vehicle just finished charging or driving
3. Active: Vehicle currently in use
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. If the app still shows “Abandon,” check network coverage in the customer’s area.
2. Recheck the vehicle and app connectivity.
App Timeout / Command Delay:
1. When sending commands, allow some time as there may be a delay.
2. If commands are sent but the vehicle does not respond, advise the customer to visit the service center.
3. Try sending commands from a different location; connection depends on both vehicle and app signal strength.
4. If the vehicle is parked in a basement or low-signal area, connection issues may occur — verify the vehicle’s location."
